Questions to get us started:

1. Name of person recieving song (include any nick names, or other special names but be sure to indicate the name that they go by in most cases).

2. Hobbies (sports, crafts, arts etc.)

3, Describe to the best of your abiliities, this person’s “15 minutes of fame”.

4. Favorite things (color, food, movie, book, writer, musician etc.)

5. What is this person passionate about?

6. What do you like about this person?

7. Anecdotes-what are some funny or interesting stories about this person?

8. Name four adjectives that describe this person?

9. Give a more detailed description of this person?

10. Are there any significant people or pets that you would like to have included in the song?

11. Are there any subjects or things that I should try to exclude from the song (i.e. if the person’s pet gerble recently died a horrible death when it escaped and sought refuge in the toaster oven I would not include any references to gerbles or toaster ovens in the song).

12. Please write anything that comes to mind about this person that is not included in the above information. Go crazy, free associate, no tangent is too narrow, and there is no such thing as too much information!!!!
