My name is Bill McCormick, AKA Billy Sugarfix, AKA Mr. M. I’ve been writing songs since the early nineties for the band Evil Wiener as well as for musical theatre productions adapted from the works of North Carolina Authors Jill McCorkle and Clyde Edgerton. I’ve also written quite a few songs as teaching tools for kids in areas that span NC’s core curriculum. Custom Serenade is my latest venture, and I can’t wait to write a song for You!!!
Custom Serenade was born out of sheer demand. For some reason my style of songwriting seems to appeal to the crafty gift giver-and after having been commisioned by numerous individuals to write songs for birthdays, holidays, kids etc. it dawned on me that this is something that I could do for a living.
